The AICM National Conference will be held at W Brisbane, a five-star luxury hotel in the heart of Brisbane's CBD at 81 North Quay. Overlooking the iconic Brisbane River, W Brisbane offers over 1,100 square metres of contemporary event spaces equipped with world-class AV facilities. The hotel features 312 spacious guest rooms, three restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness centre, and is within walking distance of South Bank and Brisbane's public transport network. Delegates looking to extend their stay will find themselves perfectly placed for Brisbane's most celebrated attractions, including Queen Street Mall, South Bank Parklands, the Botanic Gardens and the Queensland Art Gallery & Gallery of Modern Art.
W Brisbane is located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000, and is easily accessible by all modes of transport. The nearest train stations are Roma Street Station (approximately 10 minutes' walk) and Queen Street Station (approximately 5 minutes' walk). Multiple bus routes service stops on Adelaide Street near North Quay, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The free CityHopper ferry also services North Quay, running daily between Sydney Street in New Farm and North Quay with stops at Eagle Street Pier, Kangaroo Point, and South Bank Parklands. Undercover parking is available at Brisbane Quarter via Wilson's Parking, accessible from 81 North Quay. For those travelling from Brisbane Airport, the Airtrain connects directly to Roma Street and Central stations, from where the hotel is a short walk or taxi ride away.

The National Conference forms a core part of how the AICM achieves our goals of representing, developing and recognising the experience of over 3,000+ individual members working in over 1,300 companies including 34 of the ASX 100 and global organisations in all industries and sectors.
AICM members hold positions in all sectors of the finance industry including credit control and policy, business information, reports and research, mercantile services, insurance and risk management, recruitment and human resources, business technology, insolvency and turnaround management.
The conference is Australia's leading event for credit & finance professionals to up-skill at specialised learning sessions. Delegates note they attend to stay up to date with the latest products, industry trends and issues and connect with their peers.
Attendance at the individual conference sessions will accrue CPD Accreditation points. You are eligible for 1 CPD point per hour of conference content. The conference will deliver an opportunity to accrue at least 14 CPD points.

If you need to cancel your conference registration you may do so with written notice.
The following restrictions apply to cancellations:
30 days prior to the event, a full refund/credit will be provided
Less 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the event, you may incur a fee of $200.00.
Within 14 days, are not eligible for a credit or refund as the AICM has incurred non-refundable costs for your attendance.
Substitutions will be accepted but must be made in writing to the conference organiser via aicm@aicm.com.au.
If government restrictions prevent the event from taking place, a full refund will be provided.
